A2. Burpee AFAP, x5
Every 2:30, (x4)

“Salsa verde”
4 rounds for time:
Overhead squat (95/65), x10
Pull up, x15
Kettlebell swing (24/16), x20
Run 400m

Strive to make the overhead squat and kettlebell sets unbroken. Make sure to achieve a full chin over position on the pull ups.
