WOD 120711

AMRAP in 13 minutes of:
5 push press, 135/95
7 toes to bar
9 pull ups, chin over bar

Settle into a rhythm and crank out as many rounds in 13 minutes as you can. This WOD is grip intensive, so approach it accordingly. The push press weight should be heavy, but look to complete the 5 reps unbroken each round.


Nice work, Trevor, stepping it up for the guys with a huge PR on his snatch. 185 first try, bam!
