REMINDER: THIS SATURDAY OUR WOD WILL BE HELD AT DIANA’S HOUSE AND WE WILL HIKE THE ALTA TRAIL OF SOUTH MTN!
Strength:
A1. Push Press, x5 @ 75% of 1RM
A2. Rope pull ups, x2 each arm (x4)
Rest exactly 3:00 after each set of push presses, perform the rope pull ups during your rest.
“Get up, push on”
For max weight, 12 minute cap:
35-30-25-20 reps of push ups, unbroken
3-2-1 turkish get ups
*Push ups MUST be unbroken, or you scale down and start over at zero for that round. Get ups are performed in between each set for max weight. TGUs must be unbroken for each arm and the same weight during the entire set. Your score is the total of 3 loads. Rest as needed, but keep the time cap in mind
After an inspiring day 3 at the CrossFit Games, Trevor surprised us all with a HUGE PR right before we hopped in the van for a 6hr drive home.
