WOD 120723
Strength
A1. Back Squat, x5 (add 5-10# from last week)
A2. :30 pinch grip in each hand (bumpers) (x4)
Rest 2:30 after each set of squats
Rest 5:00
“Dub step”
Complete the following movements for time:
20x back squats @ 70-80% *
20x double unders, unbroken
200m run
20x double unders, unbroken
*20 burpees for every time you rack the bar
