A1. Back Squat, x5 up the weight
A2. Single arm hang, :20 each (x3)
Rest 2:30 between sets
B1. Back Squat max reps at the same weight
5 rounds 1:00 on/3:00 off
5 burpees, AFAP

Score is the total meters rowed.
Get down and up 5 times as fast as possible. Then, it’s time to shine: get on that erg and go-go-go! At the most you will be rowing for :45, so you had better be going hard!
