Strength:
A1. Reverse step downs, x6 ea leg
A2. Handstand hold, :30
A3. Hang Power Clean, x10 with bar [perfect reps]
x4 rounds through
“Saucy”
4 rounds for time of:
20 sit ups
20 wall balls (25/15), UNBROKEN
100 skips
*scale the workout if you aren’t able to complete the movements unbroken.
REMINDER: The next Basic’s class starts tonight (Tuesday) at 5:30. There will be no 5:30pm group class on Tuesday & Thursday of this week, or next week. 8/7, 8/9, 8/14, 8/16. Please plan on attending either the 4:30 or 6:30pm classes on these days. Thank you!
