Workout specific strength/skill:
Take 15 minutes to build to a 1RM back squat
(A good rep scheme might be 10 light, 5 medium, 3 medium/heavy, 1, 1, 1…heavy)
“Stumpy”
3 rounds for time of:
5x squats*
15x pull ups
5x squats*
20x push ups
5x squats*
30x double unders
mutant – atlas stone on one shoulder
freak – 2x kettlebells in front rack
human – 1x kettlebell goblet
