Thursday Barbell Club
Alright alright… this week, the big one. The one, the only, the clean and jerk folks! Technique > volume > intensity. That’s the name of the game of the Barbell Club. We’ll be logging about 75 reps with great form. Think you can jerk? Think again…

If you want to get an express WOD in at the end of Barbell Club we’ll have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s WOD on the board. Check in with a coach and get ‘er done!

Crossfit is about training for the long term. Crossfit is about you. Your best. Your body. Your health. Are you doing what it takes to stay in the game? Here’s what the cool kids do – “Mob sesh” (TM). Get a roller, a lacrosse ball, a band. Work your joints, your range of motion. Break down those adhesions, lengthen those muscle fibers.
Take an example for the boss – Kelly Starette: Clean and Jerk Upper Body
1. Thoracic extension with the roller
2. Arm bent over your head with a band in hand on the post
3. External rotation of the shoulder with a band
“Test, re-test”… watch your range of motion improve. Boomsauce!
