Workout specific strength/skill:
A1. Back squat, x5 (up to 275/185)
A2. Handstand walk 24ft
Every 3:00 (x5)
“Tabata-yo-mama”
:20/:10 for 6 rounds of each of the following with a 1:00 break between movements:
Air squats
Push ups
Sit ups
*your score is the lowest number of reps completed for each movement. (Example: if you knock out 20-20-20-20-20-14 on your squats, you score for the squats is 14). At the end of the WOD you will have three numbers, the total of which is your score!
