Workout specific strength/skill work:
A1. Turkish get up, x3 (on one arm)
A2. Straight leg lift, x5
Every 3:00 (x4)

2 rounds for time of:
20 kettlebell swings (24/16)
15 push ups
10 pull ups
400m run
20 ball slams (25/15)
15 push ups
10 pull ups
200 jump rope skips

Aim for unbroken reps. Scale the movements or loads accordingly!
