A1. Power snatch, x2 up to (135/95) drop sets
A2. Overhead lunge, x2 up to (135/95)
A3. Snatch complex
Every 3:00 (x5)
*Grey band uses empty bar. Yellow band limited to 50% of BW.
10 rounds for time of:
3 power snatches (95/65)
30ft overhead walking lunge (45/25) bumper plate
3 burpee on to bumpers
