Workout specific strength:
A1. Behind the neck push press, x5 (Keep the weight manageable)
A2. Rope ascent, L-sit, x1
Every 3:00 (x5)
150 push ups for time.
At the start of every minute, including the first, perform 10 sit ups.
12 minute cap.
This should be a good upper body stamina builder (in preps for the upcoming CrossFit Games Open qualifiers!). Really push the limits of your stamina and take it up to the ragged edge.
Congratulations to Bailey, coach David and coach Alex for competing the past weekend at Spartan CrossFit. Bailey placed second in the individual scaled women’s and David & Alex took 3rd in the team division! Way to represent FRC well!
