Workout specific strength:
A1. Power snatch, x3 TNG
A2. Double under, x15
Every 2:30 (x5)

For time, complete the following:
5-4-3-2-1 Snatch (135/95)
50-40-30-20-10 Double unders

Then, 24 burpees!

Last completed February 16, 2012.
