Workout Specific Strength:
A1. Back Squat x5
A2. Pull UP Warm Up
A3. Handstand Hold :20
Every 4:00 (x5)

9 minute AMRAP of:
3 Hand Stand Push Ups
6 CTB Pull Ups
9 Thrusters (115/75)

This is an AMRAP but it’s only 9 minutes. It’s time to build your mental toughness is preparation for the Open. Tear through this workout by moving from one movement to the next as fast as you can while still maintaining good form!
